THE BRIEF
A removal of a detached double car garage (22′ x 22′) while maintaining a clean pad site for future use. The site area measured around 658 sq. ft. in a mature neighbourhood.
Being a COR certified company, steps were taken to ensure the safety of the workers on site. A simple and clean demolition job site was established to allow for minimal disruption around the neighbourhood and a proper cleanup afterwards.
DUE DILIGENCE
After mapping out a site plan to outline the work, other required paperwork and permits with the City of Edmonton were also completed in a timely manner. These included:

– Home Improvement Permit
– Asbestos Abatement & Utilities
