Southpark Cove is a multi-family apartment building located in Stony Plain, Alberta, designed and built for independent adult living and aging in place. Once an empty piece of land, we took the opportunity to build a 66-unit, 4-storey complex for that is walking distance to several amenities such as grocery stores and restaurants, and is situated directly across WestView Health Centre, Stony Plain’s community hospital.

To create a stunning home and a vibrant community for this demographic, ample sunlight and accessibility was top of mind on our drawing board. The apartments feature large windows and the building is fully wheelchair and walker accessible. The interior features a west-coast inspired design with wide hallways and doors, wheelchair ramps and the use of sustainable materials designed for longevity, easy-maintenance, and the ability to handle heavy traffic.
